How much does a clean cost?
Every job is quoted individually. The price depends on the size of the property, its condition and which services you need. The quote is free, and the price is fixed and agreed before we start, so it doesn't creep the way an hourly rate does.
What does the bond back guarantee actually mean?
If your agent or landlord flags something at the final inspection that falls inside the cleaning scope we agreed, we come back and re-clean it free of charge. Just let us know within 72 hours of paying. It is a 100% commitment on every end of lease job we take.
What does an end of lease clean include?
The base price covers the kitchen (rangehood, cooktop, cupboards inside and out, sink, benchtops, floor), the bathrooms (bath, shower, mirrors, glass, toilet, vanity, wall tiles) and the living areas and bedrooms (skirting boards, wardrobes inside and out, window sills, doors, power switches). Agents ask for different things, so the oven, fridge, windows, flyscreens and blinds are optional extras, each with its own price in the online estimate.
When do I pay for an end of lease clean?
After the clean. You check the result first and pay once you are happy with it. We then give you a tax invoice that you can pass on to your agent or landlord.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Yes. Our cleaners hold an AFP National Police Check. You are letting someone into your home or business, and that should never be something you have to take on faith.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole Melbourne metropolitan area: inner city, east, south east, bayside, north and west. We also operate in Sydney. If your suburb isn't on our list, ask anyway. The answer is usually yes.
Do you need to see the property before quoting?
Not for most jobs. The form or a few WhatsApp photos are enough. For larger properties, commercial contracts or anything unusual we'll arrange a free on-site look first, so the fixed price we give you actually holds.
