Terms of Use

This website, hhh-cleaning.com.au, is run by HHH Cleaning. In these terms, we, us and our mean HHH Cleaning, and the website means hhh-cleaning.com.au.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

These terms are about the website only. The cleaning itself is carried out on the terms we agree with you when you book.

The end of lease calculator works out an estimate from the options you choose. It is a guide, not an offer and not a fixed quote. The final price may be different once we know the actual size and condition of the property, and we will confirm it with you before any work starts.

Sending a quote or booking request through the website does not create a booking. A booking is made only when we have confirmed the price, the date and the scope of work with you directly.

We aim to reply to every request within 24 hours, but we cannot promise that a particular date will be available.

The end of lease cleaning checklist and the other information on the website are general guidance. They do not replace your tenancy agreement, the instructions of your agent or landlord, or professional advice.

Images on the website, including before and after comparisons, are there to show what our services involve. Results vary from one property to the next.

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete, current or free of errors.

When you use the website, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful
• send us details that are false, or that belong to someone else without their permission
• interfere with how the website works or with its security
• use automated tools to copy its content or to submit its forms

The text, photos, illustrations, logo and design of the website belong to HHH Cleaning or are used with permission. You are welcome to view the website and to print pages, including the checklist, for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The website links to services run by other companies, including WhatsApp and Facebook. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the website or from relying on the information on it. We also do not promise that the website will always be available or free of faults.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website and what we do with it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. Changes apply from the day they are published here.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

These terms are published in English and Chinese. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
